& a random bit of trivia: when kicking ass on the ellipticals at the gym, I enjoy listening to Nick Cave's "The Mercy Seat" during the final stretch...like at the 30 minute mark. Nothing like an 8 minute song to deliver you to the finishing line

Nick Cave!! There was something about the way he sang "DO you love me?" that gave me anxiety...and something about the way he sang "Sweet heart come" that sounded remarkably like "sweet hot cum". Take note.
