Get into it
It hit me one day - gazing at the leather workshop inside of Harputs Market - that I had all of the tools and know-how to make a fully functioning leather Fleet Ilya-esque harness. I chose to use a light raw leather, as it looks rather skin-like and and the color was anti-intuitive for me. In these photos I'm wearing it over the 3-hole dress by Harputs Own.

Gah Zana! You titled the post with lyrics one of my all-time fave songs. Screw Berlin you should do London ( I kid -Berlin ranks high with me too).
The harness is genius. Interesting choice of leather colour - lessens the S&M conortations. Being a tad top heavy and broad shouldered, I'm pretty this is a look I should stay well from but you pic has me changing my mind somewhat.
So happy to see someone else wearing a harness : )

In regards to your question, i used some generic metal rings from a cheap jewelry store (nothing special) but I do recommend you use adjustable rings so you can adjust them to your finger measurements. The glue I used is called 450 glue which is a permanent fixture great for leather and fabric. Actually, I'm not sure if this is just available in Australia but I'm sure you can get a similar glue at a craft store!
