The roasted veggies in that pumpkin/gourd/whatever looks beautiful and delicious. Props to momma Bayne for being a fabulous cook. Course, my favorite dish momma Bayne made is you miss Zanaaaa.

wow!
i am part greek - and we have this dish similar to the the meal in picture 4 - we stuff peppers, eggplant or tomatoes with rice, sauce, and some meat (but you can put whatever you like really) then bake it in the oven.
It reminds me of this.
